Check your warranty coverage

Call us with your install date and panel details. If we did the original install, we already have the paperwork on file.

We inspect & document

A tech checks the failing panel on-site and puts together the documentation the manufacturer needs for the claim.

Panels replaced under warranty

We swap in a like-for-like panel and test the whole system before we leave. Back to warm water.

Replacement questions

The usual signs are water dripping from the roof while the system runs, a visible split or blister in a panel, or a pool that isn't warming the way it used to. Not every leak means a new panel, though — a leak in the body of a panel, in the small tubes running across the mat, is usually fixable in place, which makes it a pool solar repair rather than a replacement. If you're not sure, schedule an inspection and we'll tell you which it is.

Then we'll quote you the replacement. Panels typically last 12–20 years, so an out-of-warranty panel is often near the end of its service life — sometimes replacing one panel is right, and sometimes a new system is the better buy. We'll walk you through both numbers. If it does come to new panels, here's what actually matters in choosing them.

Yes. We service and replace systems other companies installed, and if the panels are still under a manufacturer warranty, we'll put together the claim paperwork too.
